Biographical aspects of the author related to the creation and dissemination of the Method of his creation
In the late 80's ecologist Felix Latzo created and founded the educational method for environmental awareness: "Let's Plant America" at the University of the District of Columbia, Washington D.C; USA: The original title "Let's Plant America" was also given to its twin programs "Let's Plant Europe" "Let's Plant Asia" and the Spanish version "Plantando América" for Spanish-speaking countries.
